As Director of Asset Management you will play a leading role in implementing significant service improvement and strategic management at a senior level for a leading Social Housing organisation in the East Midlands.
Working closely with the Board, Local Authorities and Councils you will ensure that they are well informed and in a position to secure ongoing investment planning.
You will lead on the procurement approach relating to both Capital and Revenue Repairs, currently being delivered by the DLO.
Ambitious with exceptional inter-personal, communication and leadership capabilities you will have already contributed to significant service improvement and strategic management at a senior level within a similar environment.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record of delivering significant service improvement and strategic management at a senior level within the Social Housing Sector.
• Experience of implementing change and growth within a Housing Association, ALMO or Local Authority.
• Experience of successfully implementing change and performance improvement to secure funding following Audit Inspection.
• Experience within a similar role.
• Relevant Housing qualifications.
• First class inter-personal, communication and leadership qualities.
