Interim Team Leader

My client is looking to recruit an interim Finance Manager. Although initially a temporary position, there is a possibility of this role being made permanent.

This role will involve the following:
• Ownership and management of banking balance sheet
• Overseeing the month-end balance sheet reconciliations
• Overseeing the compilation and review of the balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing / coaching small finance team
• Driving process improvements

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant with over 2 years experience in a finance role. Ideally you will have some previous supervisory experience. You will be a forward-thinker with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
