This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Director with experience working in the Legal sector, to join a progressive Human Resources team of a growing, ambitious organisation. You will be responsible for a small HR team and will operate at a strategic level, writing the HR strategy and helping to shape the company's future. Your role will also consist of some HR Project work, ensuring the best possible HR service is provided to partners and staff at all times.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will already be an experienced HR Director who has managedHuman Resources teams. You will have considerable experience working within the Legal or Professional Services sector and be able to commute to the West Midlands region on a daily basis.
