The candidates will provide specialist advice and support to the directorate of Social Care & Health and PCTs in needs assessment and service design in the context of Joint Commissioning. The roles are in Mental Health / Older people and also in Learning disabilities / Physical disabilities.

Who we're looking for
The ideal applicant will:
• Be at least a BAor BSc and ideally with Project Management Qualifications.
• Have worked for a minimum of 3 years in a Strategy and Commissioning context in a relevant health or social care field.
• Have extensive knowledge of public sector social care and NHS policy services and legislation.
• Be confident with leading strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Be proficient in business planning and performance management.

About our client
Our client is a Midlands Joint Commissioning Directorate combining the local Authority and PCTs.
