You will be responsible for driving the store performance and standards whilst managing and motivating the teams.You will be responsible for analysing sales performance and trends and have the ability to influence the Head Office trading team to change the stock holding within your portfolio of stores.

Who we're looking for
An Area Manager who can drive sales, motivate teams, manage a P&Land use their influence to drive the business forward.

Leading retailer with approximately 180 stores, who continue to grow from strength to strength following a period of massive investment in the estate.
