Following a time of change, there is now a great opportunity to join this leading professional services organisation as a HR Manager in their West Yorkshire location. You will be responsible for impacting the bottom line through the provision of proactive, business aligned HR practices and HR management strategies.
• Providing a first class generalist advisory HR service to senior colleagues and directors across various locations
• Delivering successful project work, including absence management, diversity and equality
• Developing and coaching a dispersed virtual team
• Delivering performance management initiatives across a challenging client base
• Budget management
• Working autonomously and consultatively by facing into the business you will take the lead on aspects such as senior resourcing (including psychometric testing)
• Reviewing HR policies and practices to boost efficiency and business success
• Handling senior, escalated or complex ER matters acting on behalf of the firm including D&G, redundancies, engagement
•Implementing strategic HR plans for the business and translating/ implementing these in your locality
NB- Travel will be required to London and other locations as required

Who we're looking for
You will be (M)CIPD qualified with a successful history in the provision of commercially focused HR on a similar scale. While professional services experience is not essential, you will be expected to adapt to the environment quickly, so will ideally come from a similarly corporate business. You will be an excellent, influential professional who is capable of delivering business focused results using innovative and appropriate methods. You must be able to interact with and engage a very challenging client base and work with gain the respect and credibility with senior colleagues
