Reward Manager - Incentive Design

This role will entail delivering a superior and leading edge Incentive service by partnering with the business in order to support the achievement of sales and service objectives through the development, implementation and monitoring of 'best in class' incentive plans across multiple lines of business within this organisation based in Canary Wharf.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for the following:
• Able to think strategically and conceptualise complex environments and models
• Proven self starter who is able to quickly establish relationships, assess individual business needs, strategy, environment and people in order to propose/create incentive design solutions
• Understanding and appreciation of the levers that will drive the right behaviours in sales staff whilst delivering business objectives within the FSA regulated environment and ensuring we treat our customers fairly
• Articulate, good communicator and able to apply excellent writing skills using a variety of media with the ability to explain complex concepts and make them easy to understand for all levels, from executive director to sales staff
