As Performance Manager within this leading Financial Services organisation, you will be working with our clients Group Property Board Members and Senior Managers, devising Performance Management strategies, systems and processes to facilitate the measurement and continuous improvement of all of the Group Property operations, including that of suppliers.
You will contribute to the Group Property's strategic development through the analysis of performance data including customer feedback, workplace studies and external benchmarking. You will also:
• Develop and implement systems to track, monitor and quantify change and performance improvement.
• Develop tools that enable the links and layers to be developed between GP and individual performance.
• Undertake Performance Management activities across Group Property.
• Develop, promote and maintain programmes to initiate performance improvement measures in collaboration with colleagues.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate should have evidence of How they have driven improvement forward within a group property function on a corporate scale. Including:
• Strategy - Knowledge of score cards and dash boards, and to be able to recognise the value of a measurement cycle.
• Statistical analysis
• Knowledge of Performance Management and cycles
• Work space planning - Portfolio Optimisation/Long Term Strategy
• Continuous Improvement
• The ability to lead and influence.
• Influence over Stakeholders, to engage and report findings and to provide succinct advice.
