In-house Legal Advisor

You will be be advising on a range of legal matters and must be able to adapt quickly to advising on unfamiliar areas of law. In particular, your work will focus on
• Charity law;
• Trust law;
• Administrative law;
• Information law;
• Civil litigation;
• Regulatory law;
Experience in every area is not essential, as long as you have some awareness of the potentialissues thrown up by all. The principle areas you will be advising on will be Charity law, Trusts Law and Regulatory.

Who we're looking for
• Solicitor or Barrister
• Working knowledge of Charity Law, Trust Law and preferably Regulatory law
• Able to adapt to advising on new areas of law quickly
• Strong team player
