Production Planner

As a Production Planner or Manufacturing Planner the objective of this role is to ensure raw material availability for the production line as well as packaging.
In order to ensure you are hitting your customers KPI's and optimising sales opportunities you will drive the Supply Chain to succeed. This role involves a number of vital pieces such as:
- Managing Local Partners
Ensure current partners are performing satisfactorily and to required quality.
Provide Demand Forecasts and Demand Plans, in a timely manner, identifying future projects and agree service levels.
- Material Availability
Ensure all elements of packaging, are localised in good time to meet the print and manufacturing deadlines.
- Platform Submissions
Manage artwork submissions to suppliers to gain approval, with one submission, and in good time to meet print and production deadlines.
- International & Territory Support
Supply artwork to International territories and customers upon request.
Resolve issues, regarding artwork, in a timely manner.
- BOMs (Bill of material)
Create and maintain the BOM spreadsheet's for assigned products insuring that the SOX procedure is followed through to sign off and archive.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing the Supply Chain to ensure availability. You will be highly numerical to allow you to drive this role to succeed and with a high attention to detail to ensure "right first time" methodology.
A second language would be an advantage
