A exciting opportunity has arisen for an Human Resources Adviser to bebased in Edinburgh. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for providing hands on support to individuals across a range of HR activities. Key areas of responsibility include recruitment and selection, statistics, discipline and grievance and training.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must be qualified to degree level and be a graduate member of the CIPD. Experience of working within a similar role is essential along with knowledge and practical experience of e-recruitment, employment law and managing an effective recruitment and selection process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as good IT skills. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
A current driving licence is essential since travel to SAC sites across Scotland is required.
