The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting senior management indeveloping and managing the HR function within one of the client sites. You will be responsible for offering a generalist services within a highly unionised business, with specific areas around employee relations and employee development, including managing union relationships.
The position will also required the successful candidate to support on and lead on various projects, including TUPE transfers.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have the following;
• Educated to degree level
• CIPD qualified or currently studying towards CIPD
• A generalist with strong employee relations experience, including involvement in employment tribunals
• Experience of working within a unionised environment
• Be familiar with TUPE transfers
The position will be based at a site in Staffordshire, with occasional travel to other sites as and when necessary
