As a Supply Planner or Manufacturing Planner the objective of this role is to ensure finished goods availability for the business.
In order to ensure you are hitting your customers KPI's and optimising sales opportunities you will drive the Supply Chain to succeed. This role involves a number of vital pieces such as:

- To develop and maintain a full understanding of the European manufacturing process, within JDE.
- To develop and maintain a full understanding of each supplier's on-line manufacturing order facilities and processes.
- To execute and complete the manufacturing and purchasing requirements for all new titles as required for all formats.
To process all territory re-order manufacturing and complete the systems transactions.
- To check incoming manufacturing requests against stock levels in all warehouses, the retail channel
- To ensure that all day one and territory re-order purchase orders are raised with the relevant suppliers on a timely basis and to a high degree of accuracy.
- To raise purchase orders for the components of back catalogue reorders as necessary and to monitor stock levels.
- To ensure all supplier purchase requests are delivered within the agreed time schedules and all queried invoices are resolved with Group Finance AP on a weekly basis.
- To liaise with group production and territories to provide the necessary information on placed sales orders, transit and delivery schedules.
- To confirm completion and shipment of Intercompany sales orders
- To enter the delivery of stock into JDE.
- To facilitate supplier stock reports for month end reconciliation.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing the Supply Chain to ensure availability. You will be highly numerical to allow you to drive this role to succeed and with a high attention to detail to ensure "right first time" methodology.
You will have taken responsibility for placing purchase orders and managing stock previously.
A second language would be an advantage
