The Manager of Loyalty Communications will be responsible for the creation and implementation of core online and offline communications that drive incremental loyalty.
You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships for electronic communications such as website, email, and printed communications such as statement and member kit fulfilment.
You will also manage all elements of communication program credentials including website, email, member kits, and Point of Sale maintaining competitive look and content.
You will continuously improve the effectiveness of loyalty marketing member communications, find new ways to make communications work harder through the use of segmentation and personalization.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in this Manager of Loyalty Communications role, you will:
- Be educated to degree level
- Demonstrated project management experience in planning and executing projects from conception through to completion
- Good knowledge of database marketing
- Experience with electronic, collateral, website, printing and production
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
