Group Partner Designate

Due to recent growth within the firm, our client is seeking to recruit an exceptional individual as a Group Partner Designate, within the Financial Crime and Regulatory team of the practice. Working in this specialist part of the firm, you will be building up a range ofcontacts across multiple jurisdictions, and working on a variety of high-profile and technical work. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role will involve international travel, and you will be working directly with top-tier financial institutions as well as international government bodies,typically dealing with senior executives and officials within these organisations. The role itself will involve working on a range of offshore regulatory assignments, and requires someone who can work autonomously as well as within a team, with the ability to train junior members of staff and market the services of the firm both in the local and international market.

Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates for this role must be qualified either in accountancy or law.
• You should have a strong degree of related experience within either private practice or financial regulatory bodies.
• You should be committed to relocating to Jersey, where the firm is based, and to travelling as required.
• You should be open to training junior members of staff and to developing the practice.

Founded by two English lawyers working in the larger firms on the island, this firm has developed an excellent reputation for strong advocacy and legal services.
