My client is looking to appoint a suitably qualified individual to manage the Group's estate management and property portfolio functions. You will implement the Property Strategy; take accountability for portfolio budgeting for all related expenditure; provide an Estate Management function ensuring adequate flexibility in the portfolio to meet future business needs & lead the property element of any due diligence associated with new acquisitions.

Who we're looking for
• Experience of the Maintenance function within a multi-site property portfolio
• Strong commercial awareness
• Understanding of building cost control & pricing structures
• Able to work to agreed deadlines but also on own initiative, prioritising workloads
