This is an exciting opportunity for any recruitment specialist keen to develop their experience within the end to end recruitment process. The daily duties will encompass:
• Ensuring all internal and external advertising meets brand and corporate standard guidelines
• Co-coordinating local and nation advertising campaigns
• Developing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with external suppliers
• Suggesting new and alternative methods of attracting candidates
• Working with other resourcing managers to ensure effective cross boundary succession and recruitment activities
• Managing graduate or trainee area promotion, recruitment, selection, training, development and mentoring
• Attending local and national recruitment fairs
• Developing new and exciting relationships with universities and colleges

Who we're looking for
As the ideal candidate you will have strong man-management skills, an ability to plan and prioritise, flexible and adaptable with excellent rapport building skills. Previous leisure or hospitality experience would also be desirable
