The Area Manager role supports the retail strategy and is responsible for delivering results by objectives aligned with the strategy. This role is primarily responsible for driving profitability of the stores, through a number of KPI's and consistency of operations and taking full P&L accountability for the area. In addition to this the Area Manager will lead, coach and support a group of Store Managers, driving their operational performance in order for them to deliver exceptional customer service and continue supporting them to ensure their continued development and increasing their capability. The Area Manager will also proactively lead the implementation of business change projects.

Who we're looking for
You will be a strong, customer focussed, proven area manager. A fashion background would be ideal, but not essential. More important is your ability to relate to the brand and engage the customer. This is a high profile role, in a high profile business - you must be able to demonstrate success throughout your career, especially most recently in the capacity of an area manager.
