Dealing with a broad range of probate matters including:

• Drafting simple mirror and nil rate band wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation, oath for executors.

• Estates: Opening files, collating assets and liabilities, drafting the relevant oath preparing IHT 205 and IHT 200, liaising with the District Probate Registry, collecting assets, discharging liabilities, placing statutory advertisements and distributing the estate in accordance with the terms of the will or intestacy.

Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates must be capable of handling their own caseload from inception to completion and be capable of working with minimum supervision. You will be friendly and thoughtful in your dealings with clients and be willing to go the extra mile to provide a quality service.
