Reporting to the Resourcing & Talent Officer the successful candidate will work in this specialist recruitment role in the company Head Office. You will write and publish recruitment adverts for Retail Management and Head Chef roles. You will conduct the telephone screening interviews and progress suitable applicants. You will support with Assessment Centre events, and at Recruitment Fairs. You will also be involved at the Company Induction events.
Who we're looking for
You will currently be working in a HR or Recruitment role in a Retail, Leisure or Hospitality organisation. You will be extremely organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy office environment. In person you will be confident and enthusiastic and happy to liaise externally with candidates, and internally with Managers across the business.
