Job Description
Operating within a defined area to interact with business introducers to secure new primary & secondary healthcare business referrals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new and maintain existing pool of productive introducer relationships to secure high value/high quality referrals.
• Convert referrals to new customers, including obtaining sanction for new facilities/agreeing pricing where required and handing over to relevant local Relationship Manager.
• Achieve Core Income Growth targets.

Who we're looking for
Requirements:
• An understanding of healthcare market preferable but not essential and appropriate products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network effectively within the business and healthcare community.
• Clear understanding of sales and credit process, including developed credit skills.
