Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will lead a team to look after the Resourcing & Talent Agenda for the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring a plan is in place for all National Recruitment needs across the Retail Management and Head Chef positions. You will develop a succession planning process which supports the development of the Management and Specialist positions, and which links in to the recruitment plan. You will ensure an Induction Scheme is in place and is fit for purpose.
Who we're looking for
You will have strong Resourcing & Talent Management experience, ideally from within the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality sector. You will be professional and organised and you will get results. You will have experience of leading a team, and enjoy motivating individuals to get the best out of them.
