The Head of HR will have overall responsibility for co-coordinating HR activity across the regions focusing mainly on talent, acquisition and deployment. Other responsibilities will include:
Supporting the regional President and CFO in drafting the regional business plan
Leading the annual talent and succession planning cycle, identifying and highlighting key talent across the region and facilitation of career development opportunities.
Coaching and developing regional HR staff members and identifying opportunities for sharing of HR best management practices between offices
Act as advisor/counsel to the regional President and local MD's on senior level employee relations issues/conflicts.
Who we're looking for
Significant experience gained in a senior HR leadership role with experience gained within a US or other globally networked business a distinct advantage
Experience gained within the Marketing/Professional Services sector would be a distinct advantage
