To provide legal services to clients at a profit for the Firm, working primarily in the Private Property team based in the Marlborough office.

Who we're looking for
Key responsibilities:
To act in connection with a variety of residential property transactions including registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold transactions working initially under supervision but in expectation that you will build your own case load.
To provide high quality specialised legal services within the Team to satisfy the reasonable demands and requirements of clients and the Firm, and especially to:-
Take instructions from clients on a matter and to act on behalf of clients to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
Review case files on a regular basis.
Deal with the day to day post and other correspondence and telephone calls promptly.
Ensure that all time limits are kept.
Ensure that all matters are kept up to date and dealt within appropriate time scales.
To participate in the marketing of the Firm to promote the Firm and to attract new clients
