Providing legal advice to the business both pre and during litigation, you will be involved in a wide variety of dispute resolution from general risk advisory issues to court and ombudsman cases and ADR.
This is a rare and excellent opportunity to join a leading player in the Life and Pensions industry and get involved in a fast moving and interesting industry and environment. It will involve work in both the Scottish and English jurisdictions and will be an autonomous role within the legal team.

Who we're looking for
You will have a track record in litigation and all areas of dispute resolution. Coming from a similar background or a commercialprivate practice firm, you will be able to deal with disputes commercially and timeously, and be comfortable interacting with senior members of the Company.
