An excellent opportunity to join this bluechip Energy firm based from their offices in South West London as a Strategy and Performance Programme Manager. Our client is a major player in the energy industry and as such places great emphasis on its Strategy, Policy and Programmes team. This role falls under the Global Group Compliance and Ethics team which promotes, oversees and builds the Group's capability to deliver compliance.

As a Strategy and Performance Programme Manager you will be tasked with managing specific projects and processes. This will include particular emphasis on performance metrics - how well is the business doing, what is going well or not so well and how can it be improved. In addition you will be ensuring that the companies code of conduct is enforced globally - indentifying areas of best practise as well as trouble spots before implementing solutions.
You will also support the broader agenda of the Strategy, Policy and Programmes team, getting buy in at exec board level. This role will require a high attention to detail as you will need to spot trends and analyse current results in order to change the way of working.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have:
• experience in programme management at business unit level
• high attention to detail and be highly analytical
• willingness to take accountability - 'I' not 'we'
• relevant experience in a large corporate setting (accounting/legal experience may be of interest)
• sounds understanding of the operation, organisation and processes of a business unit
• experience working with very senior leadership teams
• excellent communication and influencing skills
• effective problem-solving abilities
