In House Investment Solicitor

You will assist in developing investment related products and give the relevant business areas regulatory and legal advice on all personal investment issues. You will deal with disputes relating to investments and general negotiation and drafting of contracts with third parties.

Who we're looking for
Qualified Solicitor, ideally with investment and potentially some tax exposure. The most important factor is good commercial legal experience either from a similar in house role or indeed Private practice. Knowledge of the life and pensions industry would be a benefit but is not key.
