The Company Secretarial Administrator will assist with the administrative compliance of the Company Secretariat's requirements for the company and its subsidiary companies, so as to assist with meeting the Department's administrative, legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we're looking for
o Ability to pay attention to detail in application.
o Good communication skills both written and verbal.
o Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative where appropriate.
o Good secretarial skills including typing, use of excel spreadsheets, power point, filing, collation and production of Departmental or Board papers, reports and attendance notes/minutes, essential.
o PA experience highly desirable
o Experience of working in a professional legal/regulatory environment highly desirable
o Company Secretarial experience highly desirable
