Responsibility for operational management and development of Marketing services within the firm. As our most senior Marketing "expert" you will lead and develop the Marketing team to deliver their full potential.
Reporting directly into our Managing Partner and Senior Partner, providing strategic input to key business development initiatives. Emphasis on service excellence and total commitment to client care.
Key player in development of internal and external communications, working closely with Partners and Operational teams to develop this area.
Who we're looking for
• Graduate calibre, with a "can do" approach, who thinks flexibly, and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
• Evidence of working in the professional services industry desirable
• Results orientated with sound track record of building teams, and managing a Business Development and Communications function. Proactive style.
• Self motivated with the desire to grow and succeed within the role. Ability to quickly establish credibility and demonstrate gravitas throughout the firm
