Acting as the primary interface into the business the HR Business Partner will be responsible for working with the senior leadership team. The HR Business partner will develop and deliver the people plan and strategies aligned to business strategies and objectives.
Other core responsibilities will include:
• Talent Management
• Business Partnering
• Organisational capability and effectiveness
• Leadership coaching and development
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the HR Business Partner role must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
• Proven success in business partnering
• Successfully developed and delivered people plans aligned to business objectives
• Commercially aware and proven track record in delivering proactive value added HR services
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship building and influencing skills at senior management level
• High attention to detail
• Proven leadership coaching and development skills
• Degree educated and CIPD qualified
