Responsible for 15 sites across the South this role is working as a true business partner to the client base of approximately 500 employees. Key duties will include ensuring best practice HR is adopted, the provision of day to day generalist support, support and developpersonal development & performance management, deal withemployee relations issues,devise timely recruitment tools,make recommendations on structural, people, systems, and process changes and involvement in HR projects as necessary.
Who we're looking for
You will have workedas a true generalist in a multi site role previously. You will be able to work operationally and strategically. You will be a strong character with the ability to push back as necessary. Experience working in a tough blue collar environment would be an advantage. CIPD qualification is a must.
