Deferred Compensation Specialist - Associate

This position is the Cash Plan owner of the efficient and effective management of the Banks global cash programmes for senior employees, including voluntary and mandatory deferred cash plans and performance based incentive plans.
Key Requirements:
Ensures necessary process changes to develop efficient and cost effective approaches to Reward product delivery while providing optimum delivery solutions to the business. Candidates must have experience of vendor management.
• Day to day vendor management (including KPI monitoring and a point of escalation for Administrators, Trustees and Custodians)
• Perform defined control checks on Administrators
• Facilitate share tax sale and share transfers with internal custody
• Monitoring internal custody share account and reconciling movement
• Monitoring Asset/Liability reports
• Co-coordinating the annual election process for voluntary cash bonus deferral plans
• Co-coordinating the vesting/distribution process for mandatory deferred Cash Plans and year end Performance Based Incentive Plans

Who we're looking for
• Experience in deferred equity administration / Vendor Management
• Advanced Microsoft packages (Excel is critical)
• Attention to detail
• Experience in an HR reward environment
• Experience working in a global / matrix environment
• Good knowledge of vendors, the local market and competitor organizations
