Head of Customer Service

Temp ⁄ £45-£60k pro rata

*This is a fixed term role, initially for twelve months with possibility of extension*
You will provide a best practice and proactive Customer Service / Supply Chain function for the UK and International businesses.
• You will ensure monthly sales forecasts are achieved to keep UK & International business on target for year end.
• You must ensure call off & forecast orders are reviewed on a regular basis to limit exposure at end of season.
• You will manage the customer service teams to keep motivation and morale at high levels in order to ensure the department objectives are met.
• Managing stock to ensure allocation maximises sales.
• Proposing and implementing new supply chain and forecasting and demand processes as necessary to improve the efficiency of the department.
• Actively investigating sales team and customer requirements and needs.
•Agreeing training and development requirements for the department to ensure that company strategic objectives are achieved.
• Ensuring that there is sufficient resource and expertise to provide exceptional customer service.
• Consistently demonstrating continuous improvement to processes.
• Reviewing and implementing new procedures for global supply chain processes and customer service supply lines as the business grows
