Relationship Director - Commercial Banking

• You will manage a portfolio of lower value (business) customers, generally with turnover under £20m and exposure below £5m within Larger Business in a particular market sector/area, building strong, long-term relationships. You will operate in a dynamic and highly competitive market place.
• The primary objective is to maximise sustainable risk adjusted portfolio contribution for the portfolio. Revenue growth coming through conquest income.

Who we're looking for
Skills required to undertake the role:
• General banking skills including the ability to discuss strategic financial advice
• Developed Business awareness-to include impact of general economic change on a Corporate's business
• Credit Risk
• Product Knowledge
