Continual growth has led to development of this pivotal role to work within the Executive Team. The Alternative Futures Group is looking for someone who is passionate about being part of a mission lead business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional advice to the Chief Executive and Board
• Leading and developing the medium and long term business plans and strategies
• Evaluating and reviewing financial performance against targets and KPI's
• Managing company policies regarding investment and professional relationships
• Delivering all statutory reporting requirements
• Ensuring that the services delivered are cost effective and represent value for money
• Developing IT systems to support the business
• Supporting the agenda for growth, development and change

Who we're looking for
You will need to a fully qualified CCAB accountant with a supportive and visible leadership style. Ideally your experience to date will have been gained within a complex commercial or Not for Profit environment on a large scale. To succeed in this role you will be excited by performance improvement and adding value.

What's on offer
circa £80,000+ 16% pension + 32 days hols + Bank Hols + other bens
