Do you have outstanding Shared Service Centre experience? Are you a senior entrepreneurial manager that can interact effectively with 'customers', have an eye on the bottom line and manage the SSC to meet customer objectives and budgets? Are you looking to implement change and improve business productivity through continuous improvements to a recently established SSC?

Who we're looking for
You should apply immediately if you fulfil the following requirements:

- Business degree in Finance & Accounting
- Ideally to have experience in managing a pan-European Finance Shared Service Centre
- Experience of working in different European countries
- Commitment to Customer Service and Total Quality Management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure in a short time frame
- 'Hands-on' mentality to accomplish tasks within required timeframes
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
