Head of ER

This Head of ER role requires someone to head up two areas that have been newly created to deal with the new direction that the organisation is dealing with. One area will be dealing with the day to day operational aspects which will involve large scale TUPEs as well as dealing with the fire fighting associated with a significant change programme. The other area has been created with the aim of reducing the number of tribunal cases. This essentially will involve passing more responsibility to managers. This will involve setting up employee forums and thinking of other such initiatives that will stretch your creative thinking abilities.

Who we're looking for
The right candidate will have:
• track record of heading up an ER team and operating at a functional level.
•knowledge of ER issues such as large scale TUPE and employment Tribunals.

About our client
An international Public Sector organisation

What's on offer
Between £60,000 and £65,000 plus benefits (including bonus and pension scheme)
