The Bristol based In-house lawyer will work directly with the Head of Legal supporting all 8 Healthcare businesses in the group, providing a strong and efficient legal service to these businesses with particular reference to drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, provision of employment law advice, IP issues, competition law, corporate work and some litigation. Clearly the ideal candidate will have as many of these skills as possible but our client is flexible for a lawyer making their first move in-house.
Who we're looking for
The In-house lawyer will ideally have a relevant work history in:
• General Commercial matters (drafting and negotiation)
• Advising on employment matters
• Competition law
• Corporate work
• and some litigation and consumer / product liability
About our client
Our client is a parent company of a number of healthcare businesses that specialise in the provision of healthcare schemes for both private and corporate customers. The role is based in the organisations excellent central Bristol headquarters
