Reporting to and working in conjunction with the European Reward Manager, this position has a diverse and challenging remit providing in house analytical, programme and project support to the business across Europe - c3,500 employees.
You will provide support and guidance in the design, implementation and administration of local, regional and global reward programmes including base pay, bonus, LTI and recognition.
Other key responsibilities of this position include;
• supporting the on going improvement and administration of the annual reward programmes and the implementation of new reward plans
• researching and monitoring competitive external reward practices to support business needs, including external benchmarking and market surveys
• supporting a number of European wide projects including, developing new salary structures, short term incentive plan design and global reward strategy review.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous Compensation / Benefits / Reward experience either in an in house or consultancy role. You should be highly numerate with proven analytical skills and the ability to effectively influence findings. You should have had exposure to salary and bonus reviews, role evaluation and benchmarking and market data analysis. Importantly, you must be able to build relationships easily across the Group and have the ability to work autonomously.
