You will be providing leadership and guidance to the site HR Managers on the company HR Agenda and new initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure the people aspects of the business are delivered in line with the company vision and strategy.

You will have a proven record of delivering results at a senior level in a fast pace, high volume environment.
You will be a forward thinker and an excellent coach and mentor.
Your leadership, communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent and you will be able to relate them to all levels of the business.
You will have experience of managing, developing and motivating others.
