The Consumer Insight Manager role sits within the Consumer Insight and Central Marketing team, working across a portfolio of categories and brands. This role is a key role in the Heinz business developing and implementing successful strategic and marketing plans.
Heinz implements a wide range of research techniques to optimise their plans to meet evolving consumer needs. Research studies include all stages of the innovation process, advertising development and tracking, structural packaging innovation, packaging design, price optimisation, product testing and shopper research. The successful candidate will lead complex research projects using both qual and quant research techniques.
Developing strong partnerships with your internal customers in the brand teams you will shape the research agenda. And by developing strong relationships with our partner agencies you will deliver maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this superb role ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Experience in ad-hoc research methodologies
• Advanced understanding of both qual and quant research
• Knowledge of the FMCG market
• Good project management and influencing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and at a cross functional level
• A can do attitude
