The main responsibility of this role is to manage the EMEA HR Organisational Structure within SAP. Involved in this will be creating, maintaining and delimiting org units and positions under the instruction from local or lead super users. Other responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Director, HR Systems International.
The holder of this role will be responsible for:
Data integrity for SAP HR data for Greece, Israel and Turkey and making sure the data for these territories is kept accurate and up to date.
To provide administrative support to the Director, HR Systems.
To be the Org COE (Centre of Excellence) for the supported region.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience in working within an International organization
Strong Presentation and End-User Training Skills with the ability to develop and deliver appropriate training
Competent in use of IT and associated technologies
Excellent knowledge of SAP HR and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or equivalent HR System (Oracle, Peoplesoft)
Has good business and HR process knowledge
Enthusiastic and positive, both about SAP and change
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven organisation and relationship building skills
