The role as a General Manager is to oversee the operation of the holiday park. You will have various area's that will require your attention and management skills. As the General Manager you will have various Sales and Operations Managers reporting in to yourself.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:-
• You will need to be fully relocate able
• You will have had exposure to managing in the Leisure Sector of Retail, e.g Bowling, Cinema, Sport, Hotels, and Care Homes.
• You will have a proven track record in customer service and the delivering of excellent customer standards.
• The successful candidate will have the commercial acumen to develop key managers in the business to enhance the customer experience.
About our client
My client is a market leading UK Leisure company. They trade under various brands offering different themed holidays in the UK.
What's on offer
Basic Salary of up to £55k. There is a generous On target earnings in addition to an increased basic upon confirmation of your own site.
