Once on board as the IT Support Manager you will be responsible for directing the IT Support team, managing and implementing infrastructure projects, and be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support. You will manage and monitor the servers, network environment, email systems and take full responsibility for corporate IT infrastructure. This role is a hands on position so you will have an excellent understanding of the technologies listed below as you will be supporting these technologies on a day to day basis.

Who we're looking for
You will have excellent hands on experience with the following technologies:
- Implementing and supporting ESX server Virtualisation
- Good networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, cabling, Cisco routing/switching)
- Active Directory implementation
- Windows 2000/2003 skills
- Proven track record of Exchange 2000/2003 (installation and configuration through advanced troubleshooting)
- Experience of Using a leading Help Desk system for managing and tracking user issues

What's on offer
£40,000 - £45,000 + fantastic benefits.
