A global telecommunications leader is looking for a Senior HR Manager to work in cooperation with their Branded Retail Marketing, function. This Senior HR Manager located in Farnborough will be responsible for Branded Retail stores long-term strategy and ongoing development, as well as the lifecycle managementfor existing Flagship stores.This role will report into the UK HRD and the HR practicalities & practises include: Pre-Launch Training, recruitment, Competency Development, Talent Mapping, Store Incentive Plan, Survey analysation. This role will report into the UK HRD.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for degree educated HR professional with relevant retail experience.
Excellent commercial awareness with both strategic and operational HR capability.
You will have confident management/leadership skills with openness to change.
Able to work in global matrix organization, have strong networking skills and the ability to collaborate across an organisation.
