Who we're looking for
Our client's vacancy is for a branch manager in Oxford and to that end you must be able to demonstrate high levels of:
• Commerciality
• Sales achievement
• Customer service delivery
• Compliance and operational risk management
These are roles that demand organisation skills and strong management ability. You will come from a banking role already and be looking to ultimately manage too flagship store level. You will be an achiever. And you will be able to demonstrate this in an interview
