The Real Estate Litigation team in Birmingham are looking for an exceptional solicitor to join them. The team deals with a wide range of contentious matters including; commercial landlord & tenant disputes, dilapidations disputes, landlord & tenant act renewals, lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge disputes.
Who we're looking for
Candidates must have good real estate litigation experience having trained and been supervised in top city or regional Firm. Those with more broad ranging commercial litigation experience will also be considered but they must be keen to specialise.
