A unique opportunity to join KAS BANK, an Independent Custodian Bank, in a Relationship Management capacity role has arisen.

As part of the growing relationship management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Financial Intermediaries or Institutional Investors for the distribution of a unique range of securities or investor services within the UK.

Based in the heart of the City, you will be an integral part of a relationship management and sales team building and then maintaining a client network.
Your aim will be to develop and deepen relationships within an existing client base, increasing the use and distribution of KAS BANK's services by cross selling and up selling. You will also assist the sales process by establishing new relationships so that you can maximise product sales. You will be focused on enhancing service levels and delivery to your client base and will have the opportunity to attract new business proactively as the business grows.

This role provides the critical link between sales managers, product managers, marketing, finance and client services teams. On an on-going basis you will ensure that the Client accounts are operating as intended.

Who we're looking for
- Of graduate background with a current and demonstrable track record of managing and developing high level relationships with the Financial Intermediary or the Institutional Investor' s community, you will have proven results of both incremental growth via existing relationships and also the proven ability to attract and cement new business relationships.

- A clear numerical and finance aptitude coupled with ability to simplify and convey complicated products to a wider audience is essential.

- Candidates with experience of custody related services distribution through Financial Intermediaries or the Institutional Banking Market will be of particular interest.

- Most importantly, you will be a self starter who enjoys working as part of a highly talented team. You will have robust process skills and understand the true meaning of customer service, showing honesty and integrity in your style. Demonstrating commercial focus, you will have the motivation and drive to be successful in a competitive industry.
