Global Marketing Manager

Reporting tot he Global Category Director this position is responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth on a key brand or portfolio and for delivering global brand growth by providing the local markets with the innovation and communication platforms they require.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and lead all marketing initiatives
• Management of all brand related innovation and new business initiative projects
• Review and approve copy, product and packaging changes
• Work with the markets in leading the implementation of the NPD projects
• Develop best practice
• Co-ordinate market research projects
• Support country marketing teams on an ongoing basis
• Budgetary management
This role leads to more senior global positions or local Marketing Manager/Director positions in developed or developing markets.

Who we're looking for
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be a "classically" trained marketer, demonstrating successful and rapid career progression within a blue chip, FMCG environment.
You will be results orientated and keen to drive your career within an organization that provides a high level of individual responsibility and true international working environment.
