You will join the expanding private client departmentand be working with a team of experienced lawyers specialising in all major aspects of private client work. This includes assistance with tax planning, trusts, estates, probate and will drafting.

The role requires a candidate who wishes to assist with growing the department and gaining responsibility for building up their own client base, as well as developing and furthering links with other professional advisers.

Who we're looking for
You will be a private client solicitor with a solid background in Wills and Administration of Estates and should be able to handle your own high volume caseload. This role should be especially of interest to a candidate who is looking to build up their exposure to complex tax planning matters and to enhance their knowledge in the more challenging areas of private client work.

You will be confident in running client meetings and have an understanding of the client's needs, to be able to suggest constructive solutions to problems raised by them and should be confident in discussing taxation matters, in particular all aspects of inheritance tax.
